Delivery method: Our bagged products are delivered by an all terrain pallet truck. This requires the unloading area to be on hard ground.

How big are your bags and how much do they weigh? Our bags are 1-tonne, bulk builder bags that are approximately 660 litres. These weigh approximately 720 kilos. If these are too big, you can opt for a half-size bag that is approximately 330 litres.

What is loose delivery? Loose delivery means your product is delivered without a bag or pallet and is tipped directly onto your driveway. The number of loose loads you choose is equivalent to a bag, e.g. 2 loose loads is equivalent to 2 bags. By choosing this method, we can offer cost savings as it eliminates the need for packaging or pallets.

What are your delivery options? We are very flexible and can fit to your busy schedule. We are therefore happy to offer offer named day and weekend delivery. We can also arrange a specific time if you would like to be in when we arrive.

How do I order? We do things a little differently to others, you can contact our team directly via WhatsApp or complete the enquiry form. Communicating via WhatsApp allows us to keep you in the loop about your product every step of the way, reducing any uncertainty and ensuring we can quickly answer any questions you have about the product or delivery.

How much Sand will I need? Please see our quantity calculator to work out how much you need. If you need some extra help, please do not hesitate to get in touch and an expert can assist you.

How will delivery be carried out? Bagged delivery will use an all terrain pallet truck. Loose delivery uses a 3 way tipper lorry; we advise you to put down a sheet or boarding for it to be tipped onto. If you would like us to provide this, please include it in your enquiry.

How do I pay? Because we are so confident you'll love the product, we only take payment once the delivery has been completed. This means you only pay once the product is on your driveway and you have seen it; no pre-payment is required, showcasing our confidence in the product. Payment options include cash, bank transfer or credit card.
